Text Box: Standard Well cooked rice, sweetened with jaggery. Mild flavour of  pure ghee. Thick consistency. Garnished with fried nuts and coconut pieces. Gms.

Steps

1.

Pick, wash and drain rice.

Heat ghee, fry rice, add water or milk and cook until rice is 3/4th done.

Add melted jaggery, cook until rice is done & mixture thickens.

Garnish with fried sultanas, cashewnuts, chopped coconut .
