Steps
1. | Peel and dice potatoes. Apply turmeric and salt. Deep fry. Drain well. |
| Grind poppy seeds and green chillies together. |
| Heat mustard oil to smoking temperature. Add poppy seeds and green chilly paste and fry well. |
| Add potatoes and mix well without mashing. Adjust salt. Serve immediately. |
