Ingredients:
Refined Flour 3.5 Kg
Ghee 200Gms
Salt to taste
Oil 1.5 Lt
Pre-preparation:
1. Sieve the flour.
2. Mix ghee, salt with flour.
3. Add water to prepare dough.
Method:
1. Roll out rounds balls and fry till they puff up and are golden.
Standard- Deep Fried puris 4-5 inch in diameter puffed up with a golden crust and drained of excess oil.
