PRE PREPARATION

1.

Pick, wash and soak rice for one hour. Grind to a coarse paste. Broil and powder cardamom. Grate mava, chop pineapple and cherries.

Method

Heat milk and add the rice paste to it. Cook over a medium flame, stirring continuously.

Add sugar when rice is cooked. Add cardamom powder. Mix well. Pour into cups or trays. Chill.

Garnish with mava, pineapple and cherries. Serve chilled.
