Prepreparation:

1. Soak moongdal for two hours and make a smooth paste.

2. Blanch pistachionuts in warm water and sut them into slivers

3. Prepare sugar syrup of 1 string consistency

Preparation:

1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel add soaked moongdal paste and sauté on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour and the ghee oozes out.

2. Add the prepared sugar syrup to the moongdal mixture and cook till it leaves the sides of the vessel

3. Add cardamom powder.

4. Garnish with pistachio slivers
