PRE PREPARATION
1. | Pick, wash and soak rice for one hour. Grind to a coarse paste. Broil and powder cardamom. Grate mava, chop pineapple and cherries. Method |
| Heat milk and add the rice paste to it. Cook over a medium flame, stirring continuously. |
| Add sugar when rice is cooked. Add cardamom powder. Mix well. Pour into cups or trays. Chill. |
| Garnish with mava, pineapple and cherries. Serve chilled. |
Standard Well cooked rice paste, fairly thick, adequately sweetened and flavoured with cardamom, served chilled garnished with grated mava, chopped pineapple and cherries.
