Method
1. | When using cucumber: Cut and rub ends of cucumber, taste for bitterness. Extract lime juice. |
2. | Chop green chillies and coriander as well. |
| Chop all the vegetables finely. Mix with the green chillies and chill. |
| Prepare dressing using lime juice, salt and chat masala. |
| Pour the dressing over the vegetables just before service. |
| Serve with garnish of coriander leaves. |
Standard:
Finely chopped vegetables mixed together and seasoned adequately with lime juice, chat masala and salt. Served chilled.
