Steps
| 1. | Pick, wash and drain rice. |
| | Heat ghee, fry rice, add water or milk and cook until rice is 3/4th done. |
| | Add melted jaggery, cook until rice is done & mixture thickens. |
| | Garnish with fried sultanas, cashewnuts, chopped coconut . |
