Steps

1.

Peel and dice potatoes. Apply turmeric and salt. Deep fry. Drain well.

Grind poppy seeds and green chillies together.

Heat mustard oil to smoking temperature. Add poppy seeds and green chilly paste and fry well.

Add potatoes and mix well without mashing. Adjust salt.

Serve immediately.
